Construction Of Specialized Training System For Master Of Nursing Specialist In Emergency Department

ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to Constructing of specialized training system for Master of Nursing Specialist in Emergency Department.The training system include core competencies,and Course framework,clinical practice program,training methods and assessment evaluation index system based on the core competencies.The aim is to provide theoretical significance for the colleges who cultivatethe master of nursing specialist in emergency department,so as to promote the professional development process in our country.Methods1.Questionnaire formation method: in this study,the training index system was established by literature research and semi-structured expert interview.Before the Delphi study,the questionnaire contents were modified by pre-experiment.2.Delphi study: a 2-round Delphi study was conducted among 30 experts to collect their opinions about the relevant-indicators of the training system.Combined with the inclusion criteria(importance assignment mean> 3.5,coefficient of variation <0.2)and the experts opinions.And finally establish the contents of the indicators.3.Statistical method: using rate,mean±standard deviation to conduct a statistical description;the positive coefficient of the experts,the expert authority coefficient(Cr)and the Kendall's W indicates the reliability of the study,the importance of the index is expressed by the mean±standard deviation;the coefficient of variation;and the weight value,the weight value was determined by the proportioning method.Results1.Two rounds of consulting experts actively coefficient are 96% and 100%respectively;Two rounds of consulting authority coefficient are 0.82 and 0.84respectively;The consistency coefficient of Kendall's W respectively was 0.230 and 0.329(P<0.001).2.The research established 3 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators and 88three-level indicators after two rounds of Delphi study.Which preliminary formed the training system for master of nursing specialist in emergency department.3.The proportioning method was used to calculate the weight value of each index.Then we found that the experts paid attention to the three first-order index followed by the order: training objectives,training process and quality evaluation.ConclusionThese study had high positivity,authority and expert coordination.The research was more scientific and reliable.The training system was based on the role of Advanced Practice Nurse(APN).So as to provide some reference for the cultivation of master of emergency nursing,the aim is to promote the development of nursing specialization in China.
