To Probe Into The Skill Indicators For Students Of Master Of Nursing Specialist

Objective:To develop skill indicators for students of Master of Nursing Specialist in china,provide a reference for the clinical ability training and assessment.Methods:The Delphi method was used through recruiting 28 experts in the two aire of clinical care,care management and nursing education. The indicators of clinical skills for Master of Nursing Specialist were identified in the light of expert’s common suggestions. The weight of indicators were determined through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Results:Expert opinion was unanimous through two rounds of questionnaire survey form expert consensus which showed that the overall authority grade was 0.85 with the effective recovery of 80% and 100%. After two rounds of survey eventually formed the indicators of clinical skills for Master of Nursing Specialist containing three types, which including "advanced nursing practice – basics kills ", "advanced nursing practice- specialist skills ", "the skills to cooperate doctors",totally 28 items of skills,and the weight of each item was determined. Students of Master of Nursing Specialist should be Competent in Specialty Nursing.Conclusion:The indicators of clinical skills for Master of Nursing Specialist were set up toevaluate technical ability of students of Master of Nursing Specialist, which provide reference to form a core courses for master’s degree graduate in clinical practice.
