Objective:This study was conducted to understand nursing students' attitude on doctor-patient relationship and professional identity,to analysis the effect factor of nursing students'.professional identity and to explor the correlation between nursing students' attitude and professional identity.In the current background of the conflict between doctors and patients,strengthen the nursing students' professional ideological education,improve professional identity,and stabilize the nursing team to provide suggestions and opinions.Methods:This topic mainly uses the method of quantitative research.Using the convenience sampling method.Applying to the general data questionnaire,nursing students' attitude on doctor-patient relationship questionnaire and professional identity questionnaire to investigate 540 nursing students.Result: The dimensions of nursing students' attitude on doctor-patient was higher than the middle level,nursing students' behavior>faith in medicine>emotion for patient>cognition of doctor and patient.Nursing professional identity scores and the dimensions were higher than middle level,social persuasion>social comparison and self reflection>vocational self concept>autonomy of career choice>retention and risk benefit.Gender,education,grade,internship experience and the first choice in nursing students' professional identity and part of dimension scores were significantly different(p<0.05).Gender,education,grade,internship experience and the first choice in nursing students' attitude on doctor-patient relationship and part of dimension scores were significantly different(p<0.05).The results of correlation analysis indicated the Spearman correlation coefficient between professional identity and nursing student's attitude on doctor-patient relationship was 0.565,and the Spearman correlation coefficients between four dimensions of nursing students,attitude and professional identity were 0.484,0.187,0.160 and 0.633,respectively.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that nursing students' attitude on doctor-patient had a positive predictive effect on their professional identity,which can explain 25.2% of the variation of professional identity.Among them,the medical belief,the behavior of the patient and the affection to the patient have a positive predictive effect on their professional identity.Conclusion:1.Nursing students' attitude on doctor-patient is moderate,and the attitude is positive.Among them,the most positive were behavior for patient and the belief in Medical.1The level of nursing students' professional identity is moderate,and the trend is positive.But the development is not balanced.2.Gender,education,grade,internship experience and the first choice are to affect nursing students professional identity and nursing student's attitude on doctor-patient relationship.3.Nursing students' attitude on doctor-patient had positive correlation with their professional identity.4.Nursing students' attitude on doctor-patient had a positive predictive effect on their professional identity,Among them,aith in medicine,nursing students' behavior for patient and emotion for patient.were the important factor,medical belief is the most important factor influencing professional identity.5.Stabilizing nurses team,improve nursing students' professional identity,should start with "attitude".Treat different people to give different attention and support,strengthen the humanistic quality education,and pay attention to the nursing students on medical faith education.
