Research On Professional Attitude Of Nursing Interns

This study is a cross-sectional design with Cluster sampling. 445 probationer nurses in Chongqing Medical University was selected for questionnaire investigation. Those completed questionnaires that included a self-developed questionnaire on general information,a questionnaire on professional attitudes, affected factors of professional attitude. All data obtained in this investigation were statistically analyzed by Statistical Package for the Social Sciences(SAS 20.0). Statistical methods such as Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression were used to analyze those data.Through the statistical:For students,the score of professional attitudes was 1.150± 1.23.Nursing professional attitude is negative. Correlation analysis showed that the related factors influencing the professional attitudes and social factors and personal factors in hospital and school factors that there was a positive correlation between social factors and there is a positive correlation between hospital and school factors. Multi-factor analysis showed that different education background and political landscape of your professional attitude of individual factors have an influence.In the professional attitude of social factors, the cause of the academic level and choose professional statistically difference.Different sex and education level, whether the one-child three variables of professional attitudes have hospital and school factors, the same in Wu Yawen scale, the level of academic degree and whether or not for the one-child influence to it.
