A Study On Baccalaureate Nursing Student's Present Professional Attitude And Educational Strategies In Shan Xi Province

Objective1. Baccalaureate Education is the main core of higher nursing education. Through the theory research,the quantified research of questionnaire investigation and the qualified research of mutual-talking concerning baccalaureate nursing student's between the two school ,explore baccalaureate nursing student's professional attitude and their influent factors and establish the educational strategy on baccalaureate nursing students catering for Chinese higher nursing educational goal ,in order to give light to Nursing Baccalaureate Educators and Clinical Nursing Administer in emotional education; provide theory for my country nursing student's emotional education; establish basis for achieving the higher nursing educational goal and cultivate higher quality nursing students.2. Object and Method1. Chose two college nursing baccalaureate students in san xi province as our research object, including baccalaureate students in San Xi medical college and San xi traditional Chinese medical college .2. We put into the theory of nursing baccalaureate student's professional attitude by using literature review in order to analyze and make clear the theoretical foundation of our study.3. We deeply analyze the whole nursing baccalaureate student's professional present attitude and their influent factors by using the quantified research of questionnaire investigation.4. We use the qualified research of mutual-talking supplementing the shortcoming of the quantified research in order to probe the comprehensive cause concerning nursing baccalaureate student's professional attitude of influent factors.Results1. There is the positive trend in whole baccalaureate nursing student's professional attitude. The professional recognition is the best; the professional affection and the professional behavior exist contradictive trend.2. Comparing the different grade, the first grade of baccalaureate student's and the vocation suit for baccalaureate student's professional attitude higher than the second and the third grade student's, but it's lower than the fourth grade student's professional attitude.3. There is some different between the baccalaureate student's professional attitude and the vocation suit for baccalaureate student's professional attitude comparing the different educational system nursing baccalaureate student's. 4. There is some statistic different exist in the different wish of students entering nursing college .5. There is some different in different sex student's professional attitude.Conclusion and SuggestionLeading to the above causes is: social factors,college educational factors and student themselves factors produce important influence in the baccalaureate nursing student's professional attitude. According to the present the cause of the baccalaureate nursing student's professional attitude, our study put forward a serial of strategies : on the basis of humanity of guiding ideology; regarding the value education,on the core of students,the distinguish in nursing profession as the main cultivate principle, look the nursing student's professional program,optimizing nursing teacher's troop, reforming the curriculum set-up and ameliorate the clinical environment as the chief strategies in cultivating baccalaureate student's positive professional attitude.
