Research On The Status Quo Of Doctors' Professional Image Cognition From The Perspective Of Doctor-Patient Relationship Management

Today,with the advancement of medical technology and the continuous improvement of doctor training mechanisms,the relationship between doctors and patients has become increasingly tense.The doubts about doctors have come and gone,and violent wounding incidents have continued,which has forced people to ponder the reasons.According to the survey of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association,the prejudice of the public to doctors has led to an increase in violence against medical personnel.Psychological research pointed out that due to the public's perception of the doctor's professional image,there are even stereotypes,which lead to the formation of prejudice.Therefore,this study takes college students as a sample,based on the stereotype content model to analyze the existence and content structure of the stereotypes of doctors from the explicit and implicit levels,and obtains the following conclusions:1.College students'perception of doctors'professional image There is an explicit professional stereotype,and the overall stereotype is positive.In the stereotype content model,when morality is evaluated as an independent third dimension,doctor stereotypes are characterized by high ability and high morality;2.College students have implicit stereotypes about doctors'professional image,but SC-IAT and SEB the conclusions drawn by the implicit measurement method are separated.When using SC-IAT measurement,the college students'implicit career stereotypes are highly enthusiasm,high ability and high morality,but when using SEB measurement,college students have stereotypes about doctors.On the contrary,it is characterized by low enthusiasm,low ability and low morality.Considering that the SEB measurement method is to evaluate doctor behavior in a social context,this interpretation attribution is more realistic for understanding people's evaluation of the doctor's occupation.
