With the development of society and the progress of technology, medical model have transformed from the biomedical model to the "biological-psychological-social" medical model. Medical science marking in health and disease as the center enters a new period of development. The transformation promoted the development of other medical fields, accelerated prevention, diagnosis and treatment of technology updates. The whole appearance of medical science has changed fundamentally. The change of medical model puts forward higher requirements for medical personnel training. The development of medical education is facing new challenges.Chinese current medical education idea is outmoded. Medical education mode is more subject to discipline as the center, relatively independent of the curriculum, self-contained, segmentation meticulous, cross duplicate content too much. The teaching method on knowledge cramming dominated. Experimental teaching belongs to the teaching theory. Course assessment is mainly the content of memory. The ability of students’independent thinking, analysis and problem solving training lacks of attention.The clinical medicine specialty of CZMC as an example, the mode status of clinical medical professional talent training is analyzed. The problems and causes are discussed. In reference on the basis of domestic and foreign advanced experience, the clinical medical professional talents training mode reform measure is explored. The strategies are put forward to solve the problem. The talents culture mode reform of clinical medical professional is prospected. Through the renewal education idea, reconstruction of curriculum system, the integration of teaching content, reform teaching methods, reforming examination content, the "cooperation of school and hospital-medical teaching combination-three rings supporting-four progressive" talent training mode is constructed. It has a practical guiding significance for clinical medicine specialty reform of education and teaching.Around the basic requirements of medical and health services in rural areas, the reform of clinical medical professional talent training mode continues to deepen in the future. Assistant general practitioners training mode is exploring, for the training of health clinics in towns and townships, rural medical and health services demand "Gone down, used, stayed" general practitioner.
