As China enters the era of "Internet plus",the depth and breadth of information technology application are expanding,and the role of information technology in promoting social progress is becoming more and more important.Small IT enterprises are important promoters of information technology,and their healthy and orderly development is of great significance to improve the level of information technology in China.SDXF Network Technology Co.,Ltd.is a small IT enterprise in Linzi District of Zibo City.Its main business is to provide technical services such as software development and website maintenance for customers in this area.With the rapid development of technology,the rapid change of market demand,the continuous influx of start-up enterprises and the increasingly fierce competition for talents,SDXF Network Technology Co.,Ltd.is facing both opportunities and challenges.Therefore,it is very important for SDXF company to construct the human resource development strategy,define the development direction and strategic mode,and then better promote the local informatization construction.This paper studies the human resource development strategy of SDXF Network Technology Co.,Ltd.through the analysis of the current situation of human resource development strategy of SDXF company and on-the-spot investigation,it finds the deficiencies in talent reserve and management,assessment mechanism and training system.On the basis of current situation analysis,this paper analyzes the macro environment,industry environment and external macro environment of competition environment faced by SDXF company,and discusses the internal development environment of internal resources,operation ability and core competitiveness of the enterprise.On this basis,SWOT is used the analysis method is used to formulate the alternatives of SDXF human resource strategy,and further use the QSPM matrix analysis method to evaluate.Finally,according to the theory of the integration of enterprise strategy and human resource strategy,SDXF company tends to adopt the induced human resource development strategy.According to the results of human resource strategy scoring,this paper constructs the human resource strategic objectives and enterprise value chain of SDXF company,and then carries out human resource management measures from the perspectives of function positioning and post setting,human resource information management,strategic talent reserve,assessment and salary mechanism,employee career planning,corporate culture publicity.On this basis,this paper provides guarantee for the implementation of human resource strategy of SDXF company from the perspectives of perfecting human resource system,optimizing organizational structure reform,attaching importance to financial capital items and cultivating good human resource ecological environment.
