| Agricultural products are not only the survival of the people,but also the basis of stable and healthy economic and social development.However,in the circulation of agricultural products,especially the circulation of fresh agricultural products is easily subject to various conditions and rot deterioration,easy to cause losses,and even food safety problems.The eastern region is the most frequent economic activity in China,the most densely populated regions,to promote the efficiency of the cold chain logistics to reduce postpartum loss and waste of food circulation of agricultural products,expanding market supply high quality,large scale support agriculture industrialization,promote agricultural restructuring and increasing farmers’ income,boost rural revitalization,meet the personalized,urban and rural residents,quality,differentiation,consumer demand It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote consumption upgrading and cultivate new growth points,and improve the quality and safety system of fresh agricultural products "from farmland to table,from branch to tongue".Based on the current social requirements for cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products,this paper takes the eastern area of our country as the study object.Firstly,it analyzes the development status of the eastern region from two aspects of production needs and cold chain logistics,and discusses the important role of improving the efficiency of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products by the problems found in the current situation.Secondly,based on the constructed evaluation index system,the DEA-BCC model is used to measure the static efficiency of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in the eastern region during2011-2020,and the Malmquist index analysis method is used to measure its dynamic efficiency.The development of cold fresh logistics of fresh agricultural products in eastern China was evaluated from static and dynamic efficiency changes.Thirdly,more relevant factors were selected from three dimensions of logistics channels,infrastructure and environmental factors,and the Tobit model was used to make an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of cold chain logistics efficiency of fresh agricultural products in eastern China.Finally,based on the empirical research results,this paper puts forward suggestions on improving the cold chain logistics efficiency of fresh agricultural products in eastern China.According to the empirical research results,the following conclusions are mainly drawn:(1)When DEA-BCC model is used to measure the cold chain logistics efficiency of fresh agricultural products in the eastern region,it is found that the cold chain logistics efficiency of fresh agricultural products in the eastern region is on the rise in general from 2011 to 2020.From the regional distribution,in the comprehensive efficiency DEA invalid eight evaluation unit,the pure technical efficiency reaches 1 has four the evaluation units,and the scale efficiency reaches 1,shows that in most provinces and cities in east on the technical level and the allocation of resources not achieve the optimal level,our country in the east of the fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics efficiency and larger ascension space,For resource allocation,more reasonable planning and scheduling should be carried out.(2)Based on the dynamic efficiency analysis of Malmquist index,it can be seen that the overall regional efficiency fluctuated greatly from 2011 to 2020,and the annual average total factor productivity showed a downward trend.The main influencing factors for the decline of eastern efficiency were the simultaneous decline of technological progress and technical efficiency.(3)Through Tobit regression results,it is found that government support,the cultural quality of logistics main labor force and the professional degree of logistics industry play the greatest role in promoting the cold chain logistics efficiency of fresh agricultural products in the eastern region,while the existing industrial structure hinders the improvement of cold chain logistics efficiency of fresh agricultural products.By empirical analysis,from the regional development,infrastructure and environment support is put forward to strengthen regional cooperation and exchanges,promote the standardization of cold chain logistics system construction,optimization of industrial structure,such as the eastern region to promote the efficiency of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics Suggestions,in order to ascend in the east of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics development of high quality.Figure [13] Table [24] Reference [95]... |
