Research On The Coupling And Coordination Mechanism Of Digital Economy Development And Social Entrepreneurship In The Chengdu Chongqing Economic Circle

China has been reforming and opening up for over 40 years,and the national policy centered on economic construction has achieved remarkable results.However,due to the rapid development of the economy,the development trend of the economic system,social structure,and interest pattern has undergone significant changes,and various social barriers and problems that originally existed in society have become increasingly apparent.As a new mode of current economic development,the digital economy injects vitality into social development and shoulders the heavy responsibility of social transformation.At the same time,the digital economy,empowered by digital technology,brings new opportunities for social innovation and entrepreneurship,has a significant and lasting impact on many fields of society,and produces effective solutions to the imbalance and complex social problems brought about by its development process.So how does the digital economy promote social entrepreneurship and achieve collaborative development? In order to answer this question,based on the analysis of the connotation of digital economy and social entrepreneurship,this article comprehensively sorts out the impact mechanism of digital economy and social entrepreneurship within the Chengdu Chongqing Economic Circle.With theory as an important support,it deeply explores whether there is a certain interaction relationship between the digital economy and social entrepreneurship in the Chengdu Chongqing Economic Circle and what kind of coupling and coordination relationship exists.This study not only expands new ideas for studying the digital economy and social entrepreneurship development in China,but also provides new ideas for constructing a measurement index system for the development of the digital economy,a social entrepreneurship development index system,and a systematic calculation of the index system.Based on the comprehensive evaluation index system of digital economy and social entrepreneurship,the entropy weight method was used to empirically demonstrate the coupling and coordinated development relationship between digital economy and social entrepreneurship within the Chengdu Chongqing Economic Circle.The coupling development model was used to objectively evaluate the development status of digital economy and social entrepreneurship in the Chengdu Chongqing Economic Circle.Finally,an intermediary model was introduced to verify the mechanism of digital economy driving social entrepreneurship development,It also provides new directions for the development of digital economy and social entrepreneurship in the Chengdu Chongqing Economic Circle.Based on the above research mechanisms,the results indicate that: firstly,the comprehensive evaluation values of digital economy and social entrepreneurship in the Chengdu Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle show a fluctuating upward trend,and the mutual promotion trend between the two is strengthening.Based on the data of the coupled and coordinated development of the Chengdu Chongqing Economic Circle from2010 to 2019,it can be found that the coupling and coordination degree of 16 cities has gone through five stages: imbalance,near imbalance,barely coordination,intermediate coordination,and good coordination.In 2019,it ultimately achieved intermediate coordinated development or above.Secondly,the issue of polarization development is serious.The development trend of the comprehensive development value of digital economy and social entrepreneurship in the line chart reflects that there is a large gap between the central city and surrounding cities,and the radiation effect of the central city is not obvious.Thirdly,the level of human capital is an important intermediary mechanism driving the development of social entrepreneurship in the digital economy,and an important factor in promoting the development of the digital economy and social entrepreneurship.It can be seen that the digital economy can promote human capital investment and provide opportunities and paths for social entrepreneurship.Based on this,the policy recommendations in this article will strengthen the interaction between the digital economy and social entrepreneurship by improving the layout of digital infrastructure,strengthening talent mobility,optimizing urban structure,and promoting the coordinated development of the two.
