Research On The Coupling And Coordinated Development Of Regional Economy And Ecological Environment In Chengdu-chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle

The coordinated development of regional economy and ecological environment is an important force to promote the sustained,healthy and stable development of China’s economy.Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle as the fourth economic circle in our country,compared with the rest of the urban agglomeration economy lags behind,and the quality dimensions such as the level of economic development and economic development imbalance status quo,chengdu-chongqing region shuangcheng economic circle the overall competitiveness of ascension,to be able to release the economic vitality,expanding domestic demand,strengthen the contact area,realize the coordinated development.Chengdu and chongqing,the core cities in the Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle,as national experimental areas,should actively explore and establish a perfect operation mechanism to achieve integration and coordinated development.To promote the coupling and coordinated development of urban regional economy and ecological environment in Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle is beneficial to realize effective flow of resource elements and promote low-carbon green sustainable development of economy.Taking 33 cities,counties and districts in Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic circle as examples,this paper analyzes the coupling coordination level and influencing factors of regional economy and ecological environment in Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle based on relevant data from 2011 to 2020.Firstly,based on the literature review and theoretical basis combing and mechanism analysis,the index system of regional economy and ecological environment is selected by referring to the previous research of scholars and combining with the reality of Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle.On this basis,the present situation is analyzed and the weight of each index is determined by improved entropy method.Secondly,the grey relational model is used to explore the main factors affecting regional economy,ecological environment and their coordinated development.Finally,according to the above analysis,the corresponding conclusions are drawn and the countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the coordinated development of regional economy and ecological environment in Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle.The results show that: firstly,the regional economic system level of Shuangcheng Economic circle in Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle shows an overall upward trend during the investigation period,and the total score more than doubled.This shows that the level of economic circle economy shows enhancement situation,regional economy long-term development trend is remarkable.The main urban areas of Chengdu and Chongqing always occupy the first gradient,with good location advantages and development environment.The regional economic level of each city is obviously different,which is manifested in the spatial pattern of "high in the west and low in the east".The regions at the east and west ends are higher than the north-south horizontal axis and the core city level is higher than the surrounding city level.The gap between cities in the economic circle is gradually narrowing,indicating that the polarization trend has eased.Secondly,the level of ecological environment of economic circle is enhanced,and the long-term trend of ecological environment is significant.There are obvious regional differences in the level of ecological environment in each region of the economic circle,which shows a spatial pattern of "central collapse".The gap in the level of ecological environment in different cities has widened slightly.With the rapid economic development,it has a negative external impact on the ecological environment of the surrounding cities.Thirdly,the 33 cities,counties and districts in the economic circle have not achieved a benign coupling with the ecological environment system,and there is still a situation of mutual restriction between the systems.On the whole,the coupling coordination level of regional economy and ecological environment in Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle shows a rising trend,and the spatial hierarchical structure is obvious.The distribution of gradient cities is relatively concentrated,with relatively obvious spatial agglomeration.Finally,the main factors influencing regional coupling coordination varies as a result of the development process,for most of the city,the ecological environment system of the coordinated development of both the role of the larger,Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle of the whole quality of main influence factors on the economic structure,economic and environmental pressure,environmental response of four subsystems.
