| With the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry,simply expanding the scale and expanding the business is no longer the whole development of enterprises,many successful pharmaceutical enterprises began to realize the importance of staff training,but also realize that the core element of the future development of enterprises is talent.The realization of the development strategy of pharmaceutical enterprises needs the support of talent team,so we must ensure the continuous cultivation of talents through the continuous improvement and innovation of the staff training system,to provide guarantee for the realization of enterprise development strategy.This paper takes W Company as the research object,based on the characteristics of pharmaceutical enterprises,through literature research,interviews and questionnaires,to explore the nature of the problem,and put forward the problems existing in the staff training system of W company.(1)In terms of organization and management of training,the organizational structure is not clear enough,the degree of flatness is not enough,the support of training associates is insufficient,and the system design is backward;(2)Training operation: demand analysis lacks precision,plan formulation is vague,and training evaluation is mere formality;(3)The level of training resources: the practicability of training courses is weak,and the strength of teachers is weak;(4)Lack of strong learning atmosphere.Aiming at these problems,the optimum design is put forward.(1)Training organization and management level: adjust the organizational structure,clarify the responsibilities of training associates,and improve the training system;(2)Training operation: analyze training needs,develop training plans scientifically,explore the diversity of training methods,and evaluate training effects with the Koch four-level evaluation model;(3)Training resource level: develop courses with models,strengthen teacher selection and management,and establish an online training platform and knowledge base.Specify safeguards to ensure efficient operation of the optimized design.(1)In terms of organizational security,training management organization and learning organization should be built;(2)Cultural guarantee: the mission,vision and values of building corporate culture;(3)Resource guarantee: Establish the training fund extraction mechanism,build two systems,realize the effective sharing of resources and effective information management,so as to improve the teaching quality. |
