As a "green energy",natural gas is a kind of clean,efficient and high-quality energy.It has become the main energy source chosen by most countries in the world,and natural gas is increasingly used.According to the International Energy Agency,in the next 25 years,the world’s largest energy demand will be caused by gas.China has made a "dual carbon" commitment in 2020,the energy pattern of "de-coalization" has been clear,and my country’s development will also face an unprecedented policy atmosphere.There are tens of thousands of gas companies in my country,and the competition for final natural gas has always been very tense.State-owned natural gas companies occupy the vast majority of high-quality energy sources in my country,which makes the development of local natural gas companies extremely difficult,the market is difficult to develop,the loss of customers is serious,and the development space of local small natural gas companies is restricted.Formulate a development strategy that suits its own characteristics.Based on this,this thesis will take SH Gas Company as the main research subject,use field inspection,literature research,case analysis and other methods,use the PEST method and the actual situation of the enterprise,and conduct research on the internal environment of SH Gas Company,in order to find out The main factors of SH Gas Company’s decline in corporate profit margins due to limited development prospects and even continuous loss of customers,and through research to summarize the opportunities,crises,and the company’s own characteristics,and through the use of internal and external influences of the company.The analysis method evaluates and analyzes the important enterprise influencing factors,thereby determining10 internal and external factors that have an important impact on the development of the enterprise;using the SWOT analysis method to determine the corresponding four optional strategies SO strategy,ST strategy,WO strategy and WT strategy,and finally use the QSPM matrix quantitative analysis method to select the scientific development strategy SO strategy suitable for SH Gas Company,seeking the company to change the current situation of customer loss,develop the market,and develop revenue channels on the premise of using internal advantages and external opportunities.,and then use the advantages of the group to seek the expansion of gas sources and change the embarrassing situation of upstream gas source monopoly;and then put forward safeguard measures to ensure the safe and effective implementation of the company’s strategy from the aspects of customer relationship management,human security,and capital security,and strive to SH Gas Company.Under the premise of making full use of internal and external advantages to avoid risks and seek their own development and growth,this is also of great significance for other small and medium-sized gas companies of the same type to survive and develop in the fiercely competitive environment.
