Human resources,as one of the most precious resources in enterprises,always play a crucial role in their long-term development.In the current increasingly competitive environment of the banking market,the competition for talent is also an important area for commercial banks to compete with each other.As the "post-90s" employees who have just stepped out of university gradually enter the workplace,the new generation of knowledge-based employees has become an important group of personnel within many enterprises.Improving the job satisfaction of the new generation of knowledge-based employees will have a positive impact on promoting the development of commercial banking business,reducing employee turnover rates,and fully leveraging talent advantages.This article takes the new generation of knowledge-based employees in Z Bank HD Branch as the research object,combines relevant theories of employee satisfaction with the actual situation of Z Bank HD Branch,selects the Minnesota Employee Satisfaction Scale,divides employee satisfaction into five research dimensions: work return,work itself,work environment,work group,and internal management,and designs a survey questionnaire to investigate the satisfaction of new generation knowledge-based employees in Z Bank HD Branch.Sort out the collected data,use SPSS25.0 software to carry out mathematical analysis,master the satisfaction status of the new generation of knowledge-based employees in Z Bank HD Branch,and find problems in salary,promotion,professional skills training and caring for employees in Z Bank HD Branch.In response to relevant issues,suggestions are proposed to optimize the salary and welfare system,smooth employee promotion channels,build a growth platform to promote personal development,and strengthen care and care for employees.This will help Z Bank HD Branch improve its human resource management level,enhance the satisfaction of the new generation of knowledge-based employees,maintain the stability of the personnel team,and promote long-term development of various businesses. |
