Knowledge-based staff plays an important role in strategic resources in the era of knowledge economy.With the continuous development of technology and the majority of the new generation of knowledge-based staff into the workplace,growing in the era of the generations,the development of the current era of the main force,but also the forces of the modern society,and gradually become the backbone of economic development and technological advancement.However,the new generation of employees showed different characteristics of the traditional staff and the lack of frequent turnover caused the attention of enterprises and academia.More and more enterprises are aware that only to strengthen the new generation of the personality needs of employees and the reasons for the separation of understanding,the enterprise can retain talent is the key issue.This paper from the perspective of job embeddedness theory for the new generation of knowledge workers turnover problems put forward a new research path,combined with the mediating effect of traditional attitude variables,multi perspective of influence factors of the new generation of knowledge workers turnover,put forward the constructive management countermeasures for enterprise talent management.Firstly,by reading literature and literature,the research achievements in this field were collected and summarized,the formation of a research framework;secondly,choose appropriate research methods and tools,the selection and design of the scale of this research,and through the pre investigation of small sample of the questionnaire reliability and validity of the preliminary test.And eventually formed the formal questionnaire;finally,the questionnaires for data screening and sorting,and carries on the empirical analysis,draw the corresponding empirical results,combined with the reality of the development of China's enterprises to put forward the innovative management recommendations,reduce the turnover rate,ensure the enterprise personnel stability,and promote the healthy development of enterprises economy and society.
