Employee satisfaction has a fatal influence on the survival,competition and development of an enterprise,as well as how employees treat their customers.Generally speaking,we can see how employees treat their customers.Therefore,employee satisfaction can be regarded as an important reference for the company's team spirit as well as an important reference for the company's team spirit It is regarded as the happiness index of the company's employees,and it can also be regarded as a score sheet to judge the quality of the company's management.The new generation of employees born in the 1980 s and 1990 s gradually enter the workplace.The proportion of the new generation of employees in enterprises is increasing.They have become the main force in the production of enterprises.However,these new generation have distinct personality and unique values.How to cultivate the new generation of employees with high satisfaction,build excellent new generation of employees,attract and retain these new generation of employees,so as to improve the enterprise The core competitiveness of the industry has become an important issue related to the development of enterprises.There are six chapters in the paper.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance,the second chapter explains the related concepts involved in the paper,the third chapter introduces the basic situation of company a,the fourth chapter designs and implements the satisfaction survey according to the actual situation of the company,the fifth chapter puts forward the promotion strategies for the problems found in the survey,and the sixth chapter is in the general On the basis of the conclusion,the shortcomings and prospects are put forward.Based on the relevant theories,literature collection and study of the new generation and satisfaction,according to the survey of the actual situation,it is found that the new generation employees of enterprises are different due to their personal demographic characteristics(such as gender,age,family background,education background,position,etc.),There are obvious differences on the satisfaction degree of work,such as views and feelings.Therefore,following the principles of practicality,predictability and operability,and according to the actual interview situation,referring to the commonly used satisfaction questionnaire at home and abroad,25 questions are designed to focus on the strong work environment,work itself,work return,interpersonal relationship and enterprise management The questionnaire of job satisfaction of new generation employees in company a with good reliability and validity was given,and then it was randomly distributed to 450 employees in different departments for investigation.The questionnaire was collected and analyzed by SPSS 25.0 software,comprehensive use of validity descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,variance analysis and other statistical analysis methods,found that the satisfaction of the new generation of employees in the enterprise is in the upper middle level,there is a certain space for improvement,and found that in addition to the native place and marital status for the satisfaction of the new generation of employees,the other eight aspects of the new generation of employees(gender Age of birth,education background,working years,working department,population status of the original family(whether it is the only child or not),family background and child-bearing situation are all different in different dimensions of satisfaction survey;moreover,it is found that the correlation of five level II satisfaction indicators has reached a significant positive correlation level,and through data analysis,it is found that some a companies are new According to the relativity of the problems existing in the job satisfaction of the new generation employees,and the difference of the new generation employees with different demographic characteristics in the job satisfaction,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward five aspects of improving the enterprise's job satisfaction: salary incentive system,logistics support,humanistic care,corporate culture and standardized satisfaction management In order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the new generation of employees in the company and make them contribute to the sustainable and high-quality development of the enterprise,and expect to provide reference for other labor-intensive manufacturing enterprises in the effective management of the new generation of employees.
