In today's society, one of the core competitiveness of enterprises is talents. How to attract and retain employees has become the focus of attention of leaders and researchers. The social work structure of the 21 st century is constantly adjusted, the older generation of labor has gradually made concessions, and the workplace has gradually become the stage for the new generation of knowledge workers. These employees have become the human capital competing for major enterprises. These people have outstanding ability and generally have a strong personality, and their awareness of rights protection is more clear. Therefore,it is very important to study the behavior of such people.Reducing labor disputes is an important part of ensuring the rapid and efficient operation of enterprises.Employees' complaints are the initial behavior of labor disputes, reducing the occurrence of employee complaints and better protecting the company's operations.Leadership can directly affect employee behavior and is an important direction of management research.Influenced by the traditional Chinese Confucian culture, paternalistic leadership is common among Chinese enterprises; The service-oriented leadership style, also known as "public servant leadership," it is a typical Western leadership style. Therefore, this paper selects the typical leadership styles of these two kinds of East and West, and studies their different influences on the complaint behavior of the new generation of knowledge workers.Through the review, collation and analysis of the literature, choose parental style and service leadership style as independent variables, and introduce organizational identity as a mediator, analyze the impact of these two representative leadership styles on the complaint behavior of new generation knowledge workers.By issuing questionnaires to corporate employees, through the issuance of questionnaires to corporate employees,a total of 218 questionnaires were collected, and after the invalid questionnaires were eliminated, the remaining 181 valid questionnaires were empirically analyzed. Finally, the reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and hypothesis testing regression analysis of the data are carried out by spss21.0 software, and the relevant conclusions of this paper are obtained:(1)Leadership style has a significant impact on the complaint behavior of new generation knowledge workers;(2)Leadership style has a significant impact on organizational identity;(3)Organizational recognition has a significant negative impact on the complaint behavior of new generation knowledge workers;(4)Organizational identity plays a mediating role between leadership style and the complaints of new generation knowledge workers.Based on the above conclusions, some practical suggestions on management are proposed.First, managers should actively change the leadership style, transform into a service-oriented leadership style or weaken the “authoritarian leadership” dimension in the paternalistic leadership style;Second, the organization can find ways to improve the organizational identity of employees; This helps reduce complaints in the enterprise, thereby retaining talent and improving organizational performance.
