With the development of global integration under the current economic situation,the core and important position of human resource management in enterprise management has reached a consensus.The construction of incentive mechanism for knowledge-based employees is an important part of human resource management module.Constructing reasonable and effective incentive mechanism for knowledge-based employees can,on the one hand,improve the cohesion and identity of these employees to the enterprise,retain talents and make them give full play to their talents;On the other hand,it urges them to make efforts to form a benign competition mechanism and jointly promote the healthy and upward development of enterprises.How to motivate the new generation of knowledge workers and promote the win-win between individuals and enterprises has become an important task to be solved urgently.As more and more new generation of knowledge workers enter every company and start to work,their influence on the company and society is expanding.In addition,the unique personality of the new generation of employees makes the original management system of every company no longer applicable.Due to the long-term influence of the traditional planned economy system,the most basic employment methods of Chinese enterprises are often neglected.In particular,M company has cultivated a large number of excellent talents in the past few years.However,due to the insufficient attention paid to the incentive of knowledge-based talents,the enterprise has lost a large number of talents,which has brought serious losses to the enterprise.Therefore,enterprises need the incentive mechanism of value construction to attract talents,retain employees,better mobilize the enthusiasm of technical personnel,and provide a strong guarantee for enterprises to participate in the international market competition.Based on the incentive theory,this paper uses literature research,investigation and analysis,interview and other methods to investigate and analyze the incentivestatus of the new generation of knowledge-based employees in M company.By means of questionnaire survey,this paper investigates the job satisfaction of 133 new generation of knowledge-based employees in M company,analyzes the reasons that affect the satisfaction of the new generation of knowledge-based employees in M company,and proposes to strengthen the corporate culture Optimize the incentive mechanism of the new generation of knowledge-based employees in M company in terms of building,optimizing the performance compensation management system of the new generation of knowledge-based employees,building the career planning system of the new generation of knowledge-based employees and improving the leadership ability of the management.
