| With the rapid development of the economy,the competition between enterprises has become more and more fierce.The basis of competition between enterprises is not whether the quality of the products produced is good or bad or whether it can meet the needs of consumers.Its root cause is mainly internal employees.Because the value of the enterprise is entirely created by employees,they are the core driving force for the development of the enterprise.They can not only determine the current operating conditions of the enterprise but also the future development of the enterprise is completely under their control.Employee satisfaction is a decisive factor that directly affects employee’s work enthusiasm and work efficiency.Therefore,it is the important use of enterprise management to improve employee satisfaction if you want employees to devote themselves to their work.Knowledge employees are highly educated and can apply learning-acquired expertise to practical work.They are the mainstay of the enterprise.Most of the value of the enterprise is created by them.They are the core competitiveness of the competition between companies.So how to manage the knowledge employees is of great significance to the development of the enterprise.The new generation of employees is the new blood of the enterprise and the preparation force for future development.It will not only directly affect the development of the new generation of employees,but also have long-term significance for the future technical talents and management talents of the enterprise.Although there is more research on the new generation,knowledge employee and satisfaction,there is less research on knowledge employee satisfaction.The LAD enterprises were investigated through interviews to find out what good management methods they had,as well as bad management methods,and asked them for suggestions for improvement.This research takes the new generation of knowledge employess in LAD enterprises as the research object,based on the current research situation at home and abroad and related theories,and studies the factors affecting satisfaction through questionnaires and interviews.Finally,the data obtained from the collected questionnaire are analyzed by SPSS through reliability analysis,validity analysis and correlation analysis.Based on the five dimensions of job compensation satisfaction,employee development satisfaction,work group satisfaction,business management satisfaction and job satisfaction,the impact on overall satisfaction is obtained.The results show that these five dimensions have positive effects on overall satisfaction,among which employee development and job development satisfaction have the greatest impact on overall satisfaction.Based on the research results and combining the characteristics of the new generation of knowledge employess and the actual situation of the current market,the author puts forward three measures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction.Improve the staff development system:improve the training mechanism and provide.Strengthen enterprise culture construction:build characteristic enterprise culture,adhere to "people-oriented" principle and increase cultural carrier.Improving the compensation system:building a reasonable performance system,adjusting incentives and improving various welfare systems. |
