| Promoting the integrated development of digital economy and circular economy is an effective way to promote high-quality economic development in the new era.Especially in today’s normalized epidemic situation,digital transformation has risen to the national strategic level and will play an increasingly important role in China’s economic development.Only by using digital technology to digitize the whole process of circular economy can we realize the transformation and give full play to the positive externality of circular economy altruism and the protection of ecological environment.This paper systematically reviews the relevant researches of domestic and foreign scholars on digital economy,circular economy and their integration,clarifies the necessity and urgency of the integrated development of digital economy and circular economy,and makes a dynamic analysis on the integration evolution of digital economy and circular economy based on the principle of technology-economy paradigm,and clarifies the process and systematic characteristics of the integration evolution of digital economy and circular economy.Explore the internal mechanism and influence mechanism of the integration of digital economy and circular economy.In order to explore how to realize the deep integration of digital economy and circular economy,regional coordinated interaction and differentiated development,31 provinces in China were taken as research objects,and the coupling coordination degree model was used to measure the integration level and spatial pattern of digital economy and circular economy from 2011 to 2020.The results show that:(1)from the perspective of the overall coupling coordination degree,the coupling coordination degree of digital economy and circular economy in provincial areas has realized the "leapfrog" growth,but the regional development is extremely discoordinated,and there is still a strong economic development pattern in the east and weak in the west;(2)From the perspective of regional development distribution,there is little difference in the development distribution of integration and coordination degree among provinces.Provinces with high level of integration are concentrated in the eastern coastal areas,provinces with low level of integration are concentrated in the western areas,and central regions are located in the middle.(3)The coupling coordination degree has an obvious spatial dependence,and the coupling coordination degree of 31 provinces has an obvious agglomeration phenomenon.The provinces with high coupling coordination degree and the provinces with low coupling coordination degree converge towards the regions with similar levels.Finally,according to the results and analysis of the integration level of digital economy and circular economy,the countermeasures and suggestions of stage development are put forward,and the natural step framework method is adopted to construct the integrated development action framework of the whole process of material flow of circular economy involving digital technology in the input of materials and energy--product design--production--consumption--recycling,so as to guide specific operations. |
