Research On Sustainable Development Issues And Countermeasures Of Happy Village Home In F County

In the context of the accelerating urbanization process and the grim situation of population aging,how to better meet the elderly care needs in rural areas has always been a key content in the work of the grass-roots government.Filial piety is the foundation of all virtues.To take good care of the elderly people in rural areas is an important practice to realize people’s aspiration for a better life and a key measure to maintain social harmony and stability.However,nowadays,with the growing number of left-behind and empty-nest elderly in rural areas,children have no time to take care of their parents and the nursing institution for the aged can’t provide adequate nursing beds to elderly people,the problem of "old before ready" is becoming more and more prominent.The exploration and practical experience of rural elderly care in rural areas needs to be further supplemented and improved.In recent years,F County has comprehensively promoted the implementation of rural revitalization development strategy,closely focused on the people-centred development ideology,unswervingly promoted people’s livelihood and well-being.F County has been actively exploring ways for the elderly in rural areas to effectively solve the problem of the elderly being left alone.All these actions are to provide effective F County experience and F County practices to make up for the short board of rural elderly services.Based on the view of sustainable development,this paper analyses the current situation of the construction and development of happy village home in F County through field visits and face-to-face interviews,in terms of policy orientation,organizational support,financial support,standardized management and pilot projects.It affirms the positive significance of happy village home in making up for the shortcomings of rural elderly care.At the same time,the problems that affect the sustainable development of happy village home,such as insufficient funding,low specialisation of service teams,limited service coverage,relatively homogeneous service content and insufficient guarantee of the power of participating subjects,are raised in the context of grassroots practice.The main reasons for such problems are the uncertainty of financial and human resources,the mismatch between supply and demand,and the imperfection of policies and regulations on happy village home.Finally,this paper draws on the practices and experiences of happy village home in other regions of China,such as Feixiang District in Hebei Province and Yulin City in Shaanxi Province.In the context of the actual situation in F County,the paper further explores the optimal strategies to solve the problem of sustainable development of happy village home,ie,broadening the sources of funding,enriching the service content to expand the coverage of the target population,promoting a balance between supply and demand according to the needs,encouraging multilateral cooperation to strengthen the service team,and improving the regulations and systems,with a view to achieving the sustainable development of happy village home in F County,and also providing reference samples for the implementation of similar experiences and practices in other regions.
