Study On The Optimization Of Elderly Care Services In Xinyu Rural Nursing Home From The Perspective Of Social Embedding Theory

In recent years,China’s aging is becoming more and more serious,and the task of coping with aging is very difficult.In order to actively cope with the various problems of aging,the Party and the government have been actively working to solve the problems of elderly services and spiritual comfort by uniting social forces.It is a new exploration of Xinyu City’s innovative rural elderly care model,which uses the village’s idle activity space without leaving the village,and establishes a place to provide three meals a day and spiritual comfort for the elderly by integrating the existing rural elderly resources and native elderly resources,thus meeting the elder’s elderly care needs to the maximum extent.In accordance with the general idea of "city and county guidance,township leadership,village leadership,departmental support and social participation",the "Home for the Elderly" model gives full play to the role of grass-roots party organizations,coordinates the use of various resources in rural areas to build homes for the elderly in natural villages in need,and provides a platform for It provides daytime life care,entertainment and leisure services for the elderly left behind,living alone and in difficulty in rural areas,enriches the material and spiritual and cultural life of the elderly in rural areas,creates an environment for the elderly in rural areas to take care of each other,help each other,eliminate loneliness and live happily,and truly realizes the happiness of the elderly,the peace of mind of their children and the peace of mind of organizations at all levels.Compared with other senior care models,the home for the elderly has the unique features of being away from home and not away from the village,non-profit,standardized management,dedicated management and self-help and mutual help of the elderly.However,as a new thing in practice,it still faces problems such as over-reliance on the government,lack of professional service management and insufficient "admission rate" of the elderly.Based on the visits to the rural care homes,comprehensive research and in-depth interviews,this thesis carefully sorts out and summarizes the problems from the perspective of social embedding theory,we have put forward corresponding opinions and suggestions on the existing problems such as over-reliance on government,strong administrative color,insufficient financial guarantee,lack of sustainable mechanism,uneven service management level,and low "home occupation rate" of the elderly.From the embedding aspect of social services,it is proposed to strengthen the service level and multi-faceted cooperation,and from the embedding aspect of the elderly subject,it is proposed to strengthen the cultural construction,change the concept of the elderly and change the role of the elderly,etc.,in order to make this elderly care model develop to a better level and longer term.
