| At present,the community-based home care service for the aged in rural areas is faced with such deep-seated challenges as unbalanced supply-demand structure,difficult sustainable development,vague supply mode and insufficient system guarantee.In order to meet the needs of the elderly in rural areas,how to make full use of the limited rural resources to develop home-based care services for the elderly needs to be addressed.Home-based care for the aged has become the core of Beijing’s elderly care system,but also a new type of social care for the aged.In recent years,Beijing has played an important role in promoting the development of home-based care for the aged by increasing the construction of community public infrastructure and the support of policies and funds.At the same time,we also know that during the whole process of policy implementation,there are some problems in the following aspects:the elderly have low cognition of home-based care,the elderly have low demand for home-based care and the community supply is excessive,the elderly have high demand for home-based care and the community supply is insufficient,etc.,This fully shows that there is an imbalance between supply and demand of home-based care for the aged in Beijing.This study starts from the demand and supply of home-based care services for the elderly in rural Fangshan District,the problem of providing for the aged in rural areas has become an urgent problem to be solved because of the small-scale family and the shift of the center of intergenerational relationship.Then it introduces the research method and innovation of this paper.At the same time,combing the domestic and foreign literature related to the content of this study:Research on the supply,demand,supply-demand balance and feasibility of home-based care service for the elderly in rural areas,this paper introduces the concepts and theoretical bases related to the writing of this paper.Secondly,the present situation of the aging population in Fangshan District was described in detail and the data of 300 questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS 25 software.Based on the analysis of the survey results,the supply and demand of home-based care services in rural Fangshan District,the availability of home-based care services and typical cases of home-based care services are analyzed.Then through the analysis of supply and demand balance,we find that there is a serious supply and demand gap in some home-based elderly services,and some services have surplus problems,this paper summarizes the current practical problems of home-based care services for the elderly in rural areas,and finally puts forward corresponding policy recommendations on the supply and demand of home-based care services for the elderly in Fangshan District. |
