| According to the data of the seventh national census,there are 264.02 million people aged 60 and above in China,accounting for 18.70% of the total population;there are 190.64 million people aged 65 and above,accounting for 13.50% of the total population.While the proportion of the rural population aged 60 and above and 65 and above in the total rural population is higher than the national average by The aging level in rural areas is significantly higher than that in urban areas,with 5.11 percentage points and 4.22 percentage points respectively.At present,with the gradual deepening of population aging,the primary problem is the old-age problem,and the rural elderly generally do not have "pension",and the old-age care method is generally based on family members.However,with the accelerated pace of urbanization,a large number of young adults in rural areas choose to work in the city in order to seek better development,the elderly living alone,empty nest elderly become a common population in the rural permanent population,rural family pension function is weakened,the elderly to eat "a hot meal" or will become the most urgent problem,so the elderly "happy canteen" a new,convenient elderly service model was born.The thesis is mainly based on a combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis,taking the "happy canteens" built in administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Shangrao Xinzhou District as the research object,focusing on the data and information collection methods such as questionnaires,interviews and fieldwork,etc.,to investigate the current situation and problems of the "happy canteens" for the rural elderly at home from theories of rural social security,public welfare theory and other related theories.Based on the information collected from the questionnaires and interviews,the study was carried out to find the entrance and exit points to solve the "canteen" operation "unsustainable" and management "problematic" in terms of planning and site selection,financial resources,service personnel,service demand,facility construction and safety supervision,in order to provide reference for the subsequent study and future rural home care services,and to provide a better understanding of the "happy canteen" model of rural home care services.Through the innovation of the "Happy Canteen" model,the government,organizations and society can work together to solve the basic needs of the elderly in rural areas and seek a "warm place" for them to age in place. |
