| In recent years, the surge in the number of disabled elderly people in China has led to increasingly severe forms of elderly care.Disabled elderly people often suffer from multiple chronic diseases at the same time, and the sequelae and poor rehabilitation effects caused by them have brought many troubles to their lives. Therefore, the demand for diversified and differentiated care services in this group is constantly increasing. At present, family care is still the care mode generally selected by the disabled elderly in rural areas, but now the rural family structure has an obvious trend of miniaturization, the family care function has been seriously weakened, and the supply and demand of long-term care services for the disabled elderly are unbalanced. Therefore,it is urgent to develop formal care in long-term care services, improve the long-term care service system for the disabled elderly in rural areas, and meet the increasingly diversified long-term care needs of the disabled elderly in rural areas.Exploring the degree of demand and influencing factors for different service contents in formal care for disabled elderly people in rural areas has theoretical and practical significance for improving the long-term care service system for disabled elderly people in rural areas. This article takes rural disabled elderly people in Wuchuan Autonomous County as the research object, uses questionnaire surveys and interviews to obtain data, analyzes the demand level of rural disabled elderly people for formal care services such as daily care, medical and health care, and spiritual comfort, and selects variables with significant differences through one-way analysis of variance,Use stepwise regression analysis in multiple linear regression to identify the main factors that affect the level of long-term care service demand for disabled elderly people in rural areas. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The disabled elderly in rural areas of Wuchuan Autonomous County have a high demand for daily care and formal medical and health care services, while their demand for spiritual comfort care services is slightly lower compared to the first two categories, but it also reflects a certain degree of demand.(2)The variables with significant differences in demand for life care services at different levels include age, form of residence, disposable monthly income, degree of disability, number of chronic diseases, marital status, degree of family harmony, and neighborhood relationships; The variables with significant differences in demand for healthcare care services at different levels include age, disability level, disposable monthly income, education level, form of residence, number of chronic diseases, marital status, and neighborhood relationships; The variables with significant differences in demand for mental comfort care services at different levels include age, number of chronic diseases, educational level, disposable monthly income, form of residence, disability, marital status, family harmony, and neighborhood relationships.(3)Age,disability level, and disposable monthly income have a significant positive impact on the demand for formal life care services, while marital status has a negative impact;Age,disability level, disposable monthly income, education level, and the number of chronic diseases have a significant positive impact on the demand for formal medical and health care, while marital status has a significant negative impact on formal medical and health care;Age,education level, and disability level have a significant positive impact on the demand for spiritual comfort, while marital status, family harmony, neighborhood relationships, and residential form have a significant negative impact. Finally, based on relevant conclusions, this article proposes suggestions such as establishing support policies for disabled elderly and family long-term care services, improving medical and health services for disabled elderly at the grassroots level in rural areas, actively promoting the construction of socialized elderly care services, and focusing on the development of spiritual comfort services. |
