Research On The Impact Of The Intgration Of Rural Industries In Beijing,Tianjing And Hebei On The High-Quality Development Of Rural Economy

The 20 th National Congress proposed to accelerate the construction of an “agricultural power” and to promote the quality of rural development to a new level.As the development of agriculture and rural areas plays a fundamental role in the process of China’s modernization,it is necessary to put agricultural and rural development in a prominent position and promote rural revitalization in a comprehensive and high-quality manner.The integration of rural industries is a new path to build a rural industrial system and realize rural revitalization,which can fully exploit the value of rural functions,give birth to new rural industries and promote high-quality development of rural economy,etc.In view of this,this paper selects Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the research area,constructs an evaluation index system,measures the level of rural industrial integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and analyzes its specific effects on the high-quality development of rural economy,and puts forward rationalized suggestions to promote the development of rural industrial integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Firstly,the concepts of rural industrial integration,economic quality development and rural economic quality development are defined,and the theoretical basis of rural industrial integration is sorted out.Secondly,the prerequisites for industrial integration development in rural areas of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are analyzed,an evaluation model is constructed to measure the level of rural industrial integration,the current situation of rural industrial integration development is analyzed,and the level of high-quality development of rural economy in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is evaluated,which is measured by the comprehensive index method.Again,the direct impact of rural industrial integration on rural economic development is explored in terms of extending the agricultural industry chain,enhancing the development of agricultural service industry and bringing into play the multifunctionality of agriculture;the indirect effect of rural industrial integration on rural economic development is analyzed in terms of urbanization and rural infrastructure construction.The effect of the level of rural industrial integration on the high-quality development of rural economy is analyzed by applying the method of panel data regression.Finally,combining the empirical results of the impact of rural industrial integration in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei on the high-quality development of rural economy,author put forward rationalized suggestions for promoting the development of rural industrial integration in terms of improving the agricultural industry chain,expanding agricultural multifunctionality,enhancing the capacity of integration subjects,strengthening the construction of agricultural infrastructure and based on the resource endowment of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region.
