Research On The Measurement And Influencing Factors Of High-quality Economic Development Level In Yunnan Provinc

In the context of slowing global economic growth and the rise of a new round of information technology revolution,China is accelerating the construction of a new development pattern of double cycle,enhancing the impetus of economic development,and promoting high-quality economic development.As an important portal of "One Belt One Road" construction,an important node of double cycle and a strategic link connecting China with South Asia and Southeast Asia,Yunnan Province’s high-quality economic development is not only the only way to realize leapfrog development,but also of great significance for implementing the regional coordinated development strategy and accelerating the formation of a new development pattern.In this paper,based on the new situation of economic development in the new era,combined with the actual development situation of Yunnan province,a high quality economic development index system of Yunnan province is constructed.At the same time,the multicollinearity-coefficient of variation method is used to screen the indicators,and the index weight is determined by the vertical and horizontal separation grade method,and finally the index system is established.On this basis,the high-quality economic development level of Yunnan Province from 2012 to 2020 is calculated,and the time series trend analysis is carried out for the whole Yunnan province and each city,and the contribution degree of each dimension to each city and the difference of high-quality economic development level in central Yunnan,western Yunnan,northeast Yunnan and border regions are compared.In order to further analyze the causes of regional level differences,index variables with strong representativeness and operability were selected in combination with the characteristics of economic development in Yunnan Province: The development level of financial institutions,the intensity of government financial scientific and technological support,the development level of tourism,the development level of transportation infrastructure,and the level of urbanization.Then,the panel regression model is constructed,and the Stata software is used to explore the influence degree and mechanism of influencing factors on the high-quality economic development of Yunnan Province as a whole and each region.Finally,based on the analysis results,the author puts forward some suggestions to promote the high quality development of Yunnan economy.The results show that: from the time series trend,the overall level of high-quality economic development in Yunnan Province shows an upward trend,but there is still a large room for improvement.From the city level,the quality of economic development in each city has been improved to a certain extent.Kunming City,Honghe City and Yuxi City are firmly in the forefront of high-quality economic development,with a clear lead,while Baoshan City and Nujiang Prefecture lag behind.From the regional level,the overall high quality development level of the west Yunnan region has been improved to a great extent,and the difference is obviously reduced.The central Yunnan region has always maintained the leading advantage and the advantage is remarkable.The overall level of the border areas increased slightly.The gap between northeast Yunnan and other regions is increasing gradually.From the perspective of dimensions,the efficiency structure index and innovative development index of Yunnan Province showed an increasing trend,while the change range of green development index was not large,and the opening to the outside index showed a decreasing trend.From the point of view of influencing factors,each influencing factor has different effects on the high-quality economic development of each region in Yunnan Province.The development level of financial institutions and tourism plays a relatively strong role in improving the quality development level of Yunnan’s overall economy.The intensity of scientific and technological support of government finance and the vitality of fund flow of financial institutions have a significant effect on the high quality economic development level of central Yunnan region.The development level of tourism and urbanization plays a significant role in improving the high quality economic development level of western Yunnan region.The vitality of capital flow of financial institutions and the level of urbanization development play a significant role in improving the level of high-quality economic development in the border areas.The development level of urbanization and transportation infrastructure plays a significant role in improving the quality of economic development in northeast Yunnan.
