Meanwhile,the emerging-market countries are also accelerating their manufacturing industry,actively integrating into the global manufacturing system,occupy important position of the industrial chain and to expand international market space,obtain the advantage of a new round manufacturing competition.The purpose of applying the concept of lean production to the traditional manufacturing industry is to reduce cost,increase efficiency and improve the overall value-added rate.Besides to consolidate the operation foundation of the company,also promoting the improvement of the company’s operation performance.The evolution road from large scale manufacturing enterprise to strong manufacturing enterprise,need more continuous power which provided by lean thinking widely application.This thesis select company A as the research case,regarding the problem of high inventory,increasing material cost,lower manufacturing efficiency,highly total cost,frequent equipment failures and lower overall equipment efficiency,the application of lean thinking concept and value stream mapping tool are used to solve problems.Additionally,combined with current intelligent manufacturing technology,to improve the solving ability.This thesis will follow a logical thinking by problem rising,analyzing and problem solving,and use value stream analysis and fish-bone as main tools,to identify the existing waste in the current production process,priority potential project funnels by impact,complexity,urgency perspective.To establish core team,generate respective projects,and solves the practical problems one by one.Through analyzing the reasons behind this practical problem,to summary the common cause and find out the root case,through apply countermeasures to get final achievements.The fixed solutions of A company contain : apply intelligent testing technical in key control areas to improve product quality;apply lean intelligent technical and tool to achieve continuous flow production mode,eventually,improve the efficiency;apply intelligent equipment managements systems to reduce failure downtime ratio,increase the OEE key target;integrate exist systems as digital platform,establish data analysis monitoring mode,alarm production process risk proactively,save more time to fix problem.This thesis combine intelligent technical and lean principle to work out a resolving solution which is a suitable operating system.The system which can ensure that the improvement results can be maintained for a long time,maintain the continuous improvement of the company’s management business activities through team incentive,talent construction,process driven and other effective mechanisms in business operation.Which is also provide a practical reference for lean application in the production management aspect of pharmaceutical industry!... |
