Value Stream Mapping Analysis Based On W’s Lean Process Improvement Study

The production process is a part of manufacturing business critical. Therefore, when a manufacturing enterprises need to improve the status of production development, enterprise’s value stream map analysis, found that part of the value of enterprises, so as to optimize the production process is a necessary means and effective measures. In order to enable enterprises to maintain a good competitive power in the market, is the need of continuous for optimizing production processes.Cosmetics company W as a company in2007to invest in mainland China to establish a production of its own brand of Taiwan funded enterprises. The group development in mainland China ten years ago, by virtue of its stable internal product quality, good brand image, excellent sales strategy and the cosmetics industry market is growing, on the company’s internal management to improve the increasingly high demand, the company product is the production of small quantities of many varieties of cosmetics production enterprises, production operation by the early development of the operation of small workshops and gradually developed into a modern automated operation, which brings new challenges to production management and operating personnel. The critical problem in the production of the front is:how to change the management status, eliminate waste, reduce inventory, speed up the reaction rate, the production of high quality, low cost product.This paper first analyzes the research background of W company need to change the status of production management, expounds the theory of lean production and value stream mapping; secondly, analyzes the W company’s production process, site management, analysis the problem; again, Figure analysis into the hand from the value stream, from the establishment of standard operation and improvement standard work and site process, reducing waste, put forward W company with value stream mapping to improve production process of strategy training etc.. Finally, the future value stream map according to the analysis, the production process can be value-added part, put forward the corresponding production implementation plan, expected to achieve good economic benefit.Based on the research of multi variety and small batch production of lean fine products, for W company and cosmetics and other fine chemicals manufacturing industry has a positive significance.
