Value Stream Mapping Applied Research, Enhance Lean Manufacturing Index

The automobile industry in our country has a very quick development these years, with continually increasing quantity and variety, lean manufacture is becoming the emphasis project in automobile industry and push it activity. The final objective of lean manufacture is eliminating waste. The means of realizing lean manufacture are to improve the targets (i.e. FTT,OEE,DTD,BTS,TC etc.). By the case of Frame Plant Lean manufacture projects, the article introduced how to use value stream mapping to analyze and describe the customers'requirements, material flow, main suppliers and information flow to find improvement opportunities and critical process, to ameliorate process by the way of project management, to improve the lean manufacture targets to reach the aim of future mapping that make the enterprise develop with zero defect and single part flow to make lean manufacture come true.This article introduce the resource, background and instruction firstly, JPS(JMC PRODUCTION SYSTEM)is the whole JMC's(JiangLing Motors Limited Corporation) requirement, as a major parts manufacture plant, To support high quality, low cost, multi-kinds and less batch is our management target. Secondly show us the definiteness and the method of value stream & the value stream mapping, And the last tell us how to analyze the goal and achieve the lean manufacture target according to the customs'ideal by using the lean manufacture idea and checking list in pushing project.
