With the rapid development of manufacturing industry both in China and aboard and the increasingly fierce market competition,reducing the production cost is no longer the only focus of manufacture enterprise on improvements.How to shorten the production cycle and response to customers' needs quickly has become the goal of the advanced manufacturing enterprise.B Company is a large manufacturing enterprise that provides industrial products.Since 2014,B company has been faced with the problem of the costs of raw materials and labor.In order to be in the market occupies an important place,B company hopes to have active impact on increasing enterprise profit,improving the status of production and its competition ability through the lean thinking.In order to help the production managers to identify and eliminate the waste of the production process,based on the theory of lean thinking and other relevant theories,through the combination of theoretical methods of value stream map,this article analyses the existing problems of B company's production processes and LZ production line for lean manufacturing improvement.This paper first proposed the LZ production line there is a serious waste products,long production cycle,according to the actual problem,the main line to the value streaming map analysis techniques,map out the current value stream mapping,and then divided the production line of value-added and no-value-added part,clear production line waste and unreasonable wait;Lean value stream criteria set appropriate targets of improvement,planning for the future value stream mapping and create a corresponding improvement program.Though advanced management methods as the optimizing the layout of factory building,improving logistics routing and carrying out kanban,B company is committed to the elimination of non value added activities in the value chain,Through continuous improvement to eliminate the waste in each process of production,shorten the delivery lead time,reduce cost and improve operational productivity and efficiency.After the completion of this research,the LZ production line greatly shorten the production cycle,improve the productivity and per capital production can.This paper is not only valuable for manufacture enterprise,but also has a significance guiding for lean thinking used in Chinese manufacturing enterprise and other industries.
