Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Yichang Regional Science And Technology Innovation Center

With the further implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy,the Science and Technology Innovation Center,as an important carrier of scientific and technological innovation activities,has become an extremely important part of the construction of the national innovation system.The report of the 20 th CPC National Congress pointed out that we should "improve the scientific and technological innovation system and adhere to the core position of innovation in China’s overall modernization drive." Yichang,as an important sub-central city in Hubei Province,has important theoretical value in promoting regional innovation and development in Hubei Province by building a scientific and technological innovation center and playing a leading role.Taking Yichang Regional Science and Technology Innovation Center as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation of innovation subjects,scientific and technological innovation input and output.Through the empirical analysis of time longitudinal comparison and regional horizontal comparison,it is found that the problems in the construction of Yichang Regional Science and Technology Innovation Center are not enough,the effectiveness of achievement transformation is not high,the mutual promotion of industrial science and technology and education industry is insufficient and the integration is not deep.From the typical cases of the construction of science and technology innovation centers at home and abroad,the experience has been summarized: actively play the guiding role of the government,increase capital investment,pay attention to talent training,and strengthen mutual cooperation in obstetrics and education.Finally,from the perspective of collaborative innovation in obstetrics and education,accelerating the speed of innovation resource agglomeration,improving the quality of transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and leading the construction of science and technology innovation corridors,the governance countermeasures to accelerate the construction of Yichang Regional Science and Technology Innovation Center are proposed by using collaborative innovation and holistic governance theory,such as strengthening vocational education,innovating collaborative development mechanisms,accelerating the attraction of high-end talents and the introduction of leading enterprises,strengthening the construction of pilot bases and industry-universityresearch platforms,and leading the construction of demonstration science and technology cities and science and technology enclaves.Then realize the construction of Yichang Regional Science and Technology Innovation Center under the "integration of industry,science and technology,and education".It is of great practical significance for building a regional science and technology innovation center.
