Analysis Of Causes And Countermeasures For The Delay Of The Construction Project Of A Base Station Of Z Compan

Since its establishment in 2014,China Tower has invested more than 250 billion yuan,and the communication base stations have increased from 1.388 million to 2.038 million by the end of 2021.The sharing rate of new communication towers has greatly increased from 14.3% to 81% now,reducing the number of new towers by more than 920,000,reducing the land use by more than 50,000 mu,saving the national investment of at least 165 billion yuan and completing the carbon reduction target of 25 million tons.Since the large-scale construction of 5G base stations,the demand has been more than 1.5 million,accounting for more than 60% of the global share.According to the current situation,combined with the national policy trend,the scale of 5G construction will increase year by year in the future,and operators and customers will have higher and higher requirements for base station construction,which will inevitably put forward higher requirements for the company’s project management.Based on the above background,the author plans to conduct the research of this paper.Company Z is a local company under China Tower.On Company Z A base station construction project,it analyzes the research background and significance of the subject through literature research,and summarizes domestic and foreign literature and related concepts and theories;and then analyzes the current situation of the progress management of Company Z by means of field investigation and interview.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to find the reasons for the delay of A base station construction project,and the improvement countermeasures are put forward.Then,it proposed the establishment of a notification system,on-site inspection,regular visits,strengthening the assessment of cooperative units and put forward the improvement countermeasures for the organization link,decision-making link and design link that have the biggest impact on the base station construction,which has a certain positive effect on the base station construction and management in the future.
