Research On Cost Management Improvement Of New Base Station Project In Guangyuan

This paper takes the new base station project of Guangyuan mobile as the research object to improve the cost management of the project.After investigation,it is considered that the new base station project of Guangyuan mobile is an important measure for Guangyuan mobile to respond to the national "broadband China" project,implement the upgrade and transformation of Guangyuan communication,carry out the construction of Guangyuan smart city,and improve the information consumption and benefit the people of Guangyuan mobile.The launch of the project plays an important role in improving the core competitiveness of Guangyuan mobile communication business.The project has the characteristics of large investment amount,long construction time,many interest communities and complex construction process,so the cost management of the project is particularly important.Based on the overview of the research status of project cost management at home and abroad,as well as the theory and method of project cost management,this paper takes Guangyuan new base station project as the research object to study the cost management of the project.The planned cost of Guangyuan new base station project is 15.36 million yuan.In the process of the project,from April 2019 to September 2019,the cost of the project has been overspent.If effective control measures are not taken in time,the overall cost of the project will be out of control.By comparing the planned cost and the actual cost of Guangyuan new base station project that has occurred before September 2019,the actual total cost is more than the planned cost,6.42% more than the planned cost.Therefore,the author analyzes the cost overrun of the project before September 2019 in detail,puts forward the cost optimization strategy of the project,so that the overall cost of the project can be effectively controlled.Finally,the actual cost of the project at the end of December 2019 is 15.335 million yuan,and the cost is controlled within the budget,which has achieved good results.Based on the analysis of the existing problems and causes of the cost management of the new base station project in Guangyuan,this paper formulates the improvement measures of the cost management of the base station project in Guangyuan,introduces the theory of the whole process cost control of the project and the idea and method of the whole process dynamic cost control of the project,and carries out the whole process cost control of the project.Deviation analysis shall be carried out for the cost of the project from March to December 2019,and measures for cost control of the project shall be formulated according to the actual situation,such as control of labor cost,control of equipment and material cost,control of machinery and equipment cost,etc.Finally,from the establishment of practical project cost management system and cost control of all aspects of security measures,for the cost control of effective security work.Guangyuan new base station project,as a newly built project,provides a good reference for improving the cost management level of Guangyuan base station construction project in the future.It is of great significance for promoting the scientific and standardized cost management of construction projects in China and improving the cost management level of projects.It is also of great significance for other industries that are realizing digital transformation Reference value.
