Research On Project Quality Management Of China Tower N City Company's SP Base Station Construction

The quality status of each project construction project is a key factor to measure the achievements of the project.An organization's introduction of project quality management theory will help improve the organization's management level for project construction.Since the date of its establishment,China Railway Tower N City Branch Company has assumed the important task of building infrastructure communications facilities in N City.Therefore,the quality management of its base station construction projects directly affects the quality of wireless network signals of N-city communications operators.The goal of reducing investment waste and achieving co-construction and sharing is also of decisive significance in ensuring the quality of customer communication.This article takes the quality management activities in the whole process of the SP base station construction project as the research object,and focuses on the quality management process and method of the communication base station construction project.The article first reviewed the basic theories of quality management,project quality management and other basic theories,and introduced the basic tools and methods of quality management needed in SP base station construction projects.Secondly,the SP base station construction project is taken as an example to introduce the overall situation of the SP project,find out the quality management problems existing in the project construction,and analyze the reasons for its occurrence.To address these issues again,the theoretical method of project quality management was applied to the actual construction of SP base stations.Through quality planning,quality assurance,and quality control,effective measures were taken to ensure the quality of SP base station construction.Through analyzing and summarizing the quality management experience of the SP base station construction project,and combining with the actual situation of the Tower Company,the overall quality management process of pre-prevention,in-process control,and post-mortem control is standardized,providing effective problem solutions and reference for quality management of similar base station construction projects.
