Research On PPP Project Construction Stage Management Evaluation Of CT Company Based On Delicacy Management

In recent years,the society’s higher and higher requirements for PPP projects have prompted the transfer of PPP projects from the improvement of economic benefits to the requirements for the comprehensive quality of projects.At present,in China,the level of fine construction management of PPP projects is uneven,and the level of fine construction management of PPP projects is generally not high.At the same time,there is no scientific and reasonable evaluation system to measure the fine construction management of PPP project,so it is impossible to optimize and improve the fine construction management of PPP project.So,establishing a scientific and reasonable PPP project construction fine management evaluation system is of great significance to improve the construction management level of PPP project,improve the construction efficiency of PPP project and finally the comprehensive quality of PPP project.On the basis of many literature analysis,research and interviews,combined with the characteristics of PPP project construction fine management,this paper selects the PPP project construction fine management evaluation indicators,and constructs a PPP project construction fine management evaluation indicator system with 4 first-class indicators such as project system fine management and 10 second-class indicators such as main responsibilities.The weight of each index is determined by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and an evaluation model for fine management of PPP project construction is constructed.Taking the PPP project of CT company as the research object,this paper tests the constructed evaluation index system and evaluation model,evaluates and studies the fine construction management level of the PPP project,and puts forward suggestions to improve the fine construction management level of the PPP project.The research of this paper is of great significance to promote the theoretical development of the construction fine management evaluation of PPP projects in China,and also provides a reference for the optimization and improvement of the construction fine management of other PPP projects.
