Investment Risk Management Study On N Tower Company Market-based Transformation A Project

With the rapid development of China’s communications network,China Tower,as the information and communications infrastructure construction "national team",has invested more than 200 billion yuan in tower base stations,as a heavy asset enterprise,investment risk management is particularly important.At the same time,in order to promote the common construction and sharing of information and communication infrastructure,private towers have gained important development opportunities and can openly participate in the construction and operation of communication base stations,while China Tower faces a more complex and volatile environment and needs to deepen its market-oriented transformation,build more competitive projects and reduce investment risks.This paper takes N tower company’s regional market transformation project as the research object,through questionnaire survey and interview method,found that it has weak marketing ability,project design quality and construction efficiency needs to be improved,and so on,and take this as the entry point to select A project for investment risk management research,first,from the risk identification level,invited experts to systematically identify its risk source list,analyze its causes and possible consequences.Again,the risk evaluation index system was formed by combing the list of risk sources,including 4 primary indicators and 17 secondary indicators,constructing a risk evaluation model,using expert scoring method and hierarchical analysis method,assigning risk weights to each indicator,and then combining the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the risk level of each indicator and the overall project.Finally,for the risk level of different indicators of the project,considering its risk characteristics,matching the corresponding response strategies to ensure that the investment risk of Project A is maintained at a low level,while proposing relevant organizational and institutional safeguards to further enhance the risk prevention and control capability of the regional market-oriented transformation project and promote the high-quality sustainable development of N Tower.
