Study On Railway Construction Project Management Evaluation Based On Fuzzy Method

Projects of railway construction has the characteristics of large investment, high risk, and high demanding. Strengthen the management of railway construction projects will help the railway construction enterprises to lower costs and reduce risk to the greatest degree, to improve success rate of projects, to improve their management models and specifications, and to build on the original realization of standardized management. In this paper, method of qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation are used;construction management of railway projects is analyzed from four aspects of the construction project organization and management, construction equipment and materials management, construction project cost management and construction project management. Based on the analysis of these four evaluation factors, representative indicators are selected and the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on AHP is presented to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the project in order to make the feasibility of the project evaluation.
