After our country joined WTO in the early 21 st century,the trade volume and trade scope increase quickly,after many years of rapid development,our country logistics industry has become an important pillar industry.With the development of manufacturing and fine chemical industry in our country,the trade volume of dangerous goods logistics is also growing rapidly.In the increasingly competitive market environment,dangerous goods logistics enterprises hope to achieve stable and sustainable development in the future and gain a larger market share,so they need to formulate corresponding market competition strategies according to their own actual situation,the current overall situation of the industry,the development trend of the market and other factors.Based on the detailed review and analysis of relevant domestic and foreign research literature,this paper firstly expounds the basic forms and development status of market competition strategy at home and abroad.Then,there is deep research on the classification,influence factors and research tools of Chinese enterprises’ market competition strategy.Secondly,this paper studies and discusses the selection of market competitive strategy of JDJC dangerous goods logistics company,uses PEST analysis method,Porter’s Five Forces model and other tools to carry out a detailed analysis of the enterprise’s market competitive strategy from the three dimensions of external macro environment,industrial competitiveness and enterprise internal environment of JDJC Logistics company.Therefore,we can analyze the market opportunities,risks,advantages and disadvantages of JDJC Logistics company.Then the design factors and weight determination of the company’s market competitive strategy are analyzed in detail.At the same time,the establishment of QSPM matrix and the selection of competitive strategy are discussed in detail.Finally,it puts forward differentiated market competition strategy and safeguard measures.In my opinion,in order to minimize the possible market competition strategy problems and related management problems,the managers of JDJC Logistics company need to establish measures to ensure the effective implementation of market competition strategy,improve the company’s brand recognition,strengthen the management and training of internal employees,and strengthen information and systematic construction.To enhance the awareness of all the employees of the enterprise market competition strategy,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the enterprise market competition strategy measures,promote the good healthy and orderly development of the enterprise.The content discussed in this paper is of great significance to the long-term competitive strategic planning of JDJC dangerous goods logistics company,and can also bring certain reference significance to the overall competitive strategic planning and future trend of the dangerous goods logistics industry.
