The telecom industry in China has developed with the long and high-speed in recentyears and many opportunities and challenges are brought to the development of Chinesetelecom industry after China's accession to the WTO. The successful reformation andrecombination for the whole industry has basically formed effective competitive situation, thelevel of telecom competition is rising, new technology make the telecom industry come intofission .It will be possible for three nets to combinate. The LiaoCheng Netcom CorporationLimited (or LCNC) is facing how to stand the advantageous position at the present, whatcompetition measures are adopted to improve the self-competitive ability and how toconsolidate and expand the market quotient. All of these is the focus of attention in LCNC.The fact-based analyst research method and diagram analyst method are used in thisresearch, and with the apply to the theory knowledge of the market sales and the competitiveadvantages, I first summarize the structure and characteristics of the telecom market andanalyse the telecom market at home and abroad, and then one by one introduce the generalstate of larger operators, their internet business, their market competitive advantages anddisadvantages, I bring forward the competitive Porter model of telecom enterprises. And Iadopt the current SWOT theory to make a deep analyst for the LCNC and indicate theLCNC's advantages which have large backbone network, perfect basic net equipment andexcellent personnel. The local economic base and development trends bring the opportunitiesfor the LCNC's development. The article evaluates the stratagem selection using the methodof QSPM matrix. Finally I discourse upon the competitive stratagem of the LCNC , in orderto make use of the advantage to occupy the telecom market, the LCNC should take thestratagem such as market development and enterprise reform , reconstruct process ,improveenterprise's kernel-competitive ability , build the study-model enterprise culture. I believe thearticle will provide important reference for LCNC's development.
