The outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic has had an unprecedented impact on the national supply chain. In the face of the "pandemic test",the stability and continuity of the urban livelihood supply chain has attracted increasing attention. The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to focus on improving the resilience and security level of the industrial chain supply chain. The security and stability of the supply chain have irreplaceable value. As a complex system, the urban livelihood supply chain is constantly undergoing changes, including many interrelated nodes. If a certain link is too weak in resilience and is disrupted by sudden events, resulting in interruption, the overall supply chain system will encounter risks and it will be difficult to ensure the demand for livelihood materials. Therefore, based on relevant research results and the characteristics of the times, the resilience characteristics and influencing factors of urban livelihood supply chains were analyzed, and a measurement index system for urban livelihood supply chain resilience was constructed to measure the resilience of urban livelihood supply chains.Strategies for improving resilience were proposed, which can provide decision-making basis for improving their ability to respond to internal and external environmental changes and sudden event impacts, and provide reference for effectively promoting urban livelihood in China.Firstly, this thesis sorts out the research content and achievements on resilience measurement, supply chain resilience, and urban supply chain by organizing relevant literature both domestically and internationally.Following the principles of scientificity and operability, indicators are selected to construct an urban livelihood supply chain resilience measurement index system consisting of 5 primary indicators and 25 secondary indicators. The comprehensive weights of each indicator are obtained by combining order relationship analysis and entropy method.Secondly, construct a resilience measurement model for urban livelihood supply chain based on cloud models, calculate the cloud model eigenvalues, cloud center of gravity vector, cloud center of gravity change degree, and weighted deviation degree of urban livelihood supply chain system from ideal state for each indicator, and draw a cloud map to intuitively obtain the resilience level of urban livelihood supply chain. Then, perform sensitivity calculation on the measurement results,Analyze the impact of each indicator on the overall resilience level to obtain the order of indicator improvement.Taking Xuzhou City as an example,we conducted a measurement of the resilience of the urban livelihood supply chain to verify the rationality of the measurement model. The empirical results showed that the resilience of the livelihood supply chain in Xuzhou City is at a "good" level, with prediction and growth capabilities deviating more from the ideal state compared to other primary indicators, and secondary indicators such as "inventory turnover rate" and "information construction level" deviating more from the ideal state,Therefore, strategies for enhancing resilience such as strengthening information infrastructure construction, creating a smart livelihood supply chain service platform, and vigorously cultivating professional talents have been proposed in response to these indicators. The research results of this thesis enrich and improve the theory and methods of measuring the resilience of urban livelihood supply chains, which can help cities and enterprises manage supply chain uncertainty, and provide theoretical support and practical reference for promoting the safe and stable development of urban livelihood supply chains in China and cultivating sustainable competitiveness. |
