Research On Function Mechanism Of Supply Chain Resilience On Supply Chain Competitiveness

With the intensification of economic globalization, the competition has been shift in the form of market. Competition form between supply chains instead of form competition between enterprises gradually becomes market-driven.Therefore, the supply chain competitiveness has become a focus of academic and business concerns. supply chain had a strong competitiveness can better achieve the overall interests of the supply chain and win market position. However, the current frequent emergencies has brought a strong impact on enhancing the supply chain competitiveness. The unexpected events has the properties of low frequencies and high-hazard, possibly make the entire supply chain network outages. Supply chain resilience is born with supply chain risk, Therefore,it is particularly necessary to explore its supply chain competitive mechanism starting from the supply chain resilience. The following research conducted:(1) On the basis of previous studies,through systematic analysis of the existing literature,the concept of supply chain resilience, supply chain competitiveness are defined, and deeply analyse the formation process of the variables, and then combine with key elements of the formation process and previous studies and construct each variable measurement system.(2) Through systematic analysis of the existing literature, deeply excavate influence exists between supply chain flexibility, supply chain agility, supply chain vulnerability, supply chain resilience,supply chain competitiveness variables,this article details the impact of each relationship,forming theoretical assumptions among variable, and on this basis,to build a conceptual model of function mechanism of supply chain resilience on supply chain competitiveness.(3) Based on the small sample size, use exploratory factor analysis to conduct an empirical analysis about measurement system of each variable, Excluding "macro environment variables, done not meet the basic conditions in the supply chain competitiveness,format a scale had good reliability and validity,improve measurement system of each variable. And then testing the corresponding validity and reliability in a large sample.(4) Based on the conceptual model of function mechanism of supply chain resilience on supply chain competitiveness,Use AMOS 17.0 empirical analysis of the model,find the assuming path of supply chain vulnerability to management level and supply chain flexibility to operating results do not hold, so the model is modified to form the final model of the function mechanism of supply chain resilience on supply chain competitiveness, and deeply analyse the empirical results.(5) Combining with the results of the analysis, discuss the supply chain resilience cultivation strategic from supply chain supply flexible and supply chain agility t, and on this basis, deeply discuss the supply chain competitiveness cultivation strategic from six aspects.
