A Research On The Relationship Among Supply Chain Resilience, Supply Chain Robustness And Supply Chain Performance Under Risk Disturbance

As economic globalization intensifies,the form of competition in the market has changed.The form of competition between supply chains gradually replaces the form of competition between enterprises and becomes market-led.However,the current frequent emergencies have impacted greatly on the in-depth development of the supply chain.According to the US Federal Emergency Management Agency(FEMA),supply chain risk has caused supply disruptions in many companies,and 40% of companies have gone bankrupt because of supply chain risks(US Federal Emergency Management Agency,2016).Regardless of industry and size,the supply chain faces numerous threats in its global operations,from cyber risks to natural disasters,and the low frequency and high-hazard nature of emergencies makes it more likely that the entire supply chain will be influenced.Supply chain resilience was born with supply chain risk.Therefore,it is of great necessity explore the mechanism of supply chain performance from the perspective of supply chain flexibility.This paper has carried out the following research:1.Systematic analyzing the existing literature and then defining the concepts of supply chain flexibility,supply chain robustness,supply chain performance,etc.and finally constructing a measurement system suitable for the purpose of this study referring to the maturity measurement of relevant variables by foreign scholars based on the previous literature.2.Through the systematic review of the literature,the in-depth exploration of the relationships among the supply chain flexibility,supply chain agility,supply chain robustness,supply chain flexibility,supply chain performance,then putting forward several theoretical hypotheses and constructing conceptual model of supply chain elasticity affecting supply chain performance.3.On the basis of small samples,the exploratory factor analysis method is used to empirically analyze the measurement system of each variable,and a scale with good reliability and validity is formed,and the measurement system of each variable is improved.Further,formal tests are conducted on a large sample basis,and the corresponding validity and reliability tests are performed.4.Establishing the Mechanism of Supply Chain Elasticity on Supply Chain Performance under Risk Disturbance.And then AMOS22.0 is used to empirically analyze the model.The analysis findings are consistent with the hypothesis.All the paths are established,which forms the supply chain elasticity to the supply chain performance.The final model of the mechanism,and an in-depth analysis of the empirical results5.According to the results,the paper discusses the cultivation strategy of supply chainflexibility from the perspectives of supply chain flexibility and supply chain agility.Then,based on the five aspects,it proposes the supply chain flexibility based on supply chain risk disturbance.Supply chain performance improvement strategy.
