Abstract/Summary:
Under the background of the supply chain being more lean and complicated, the connection between the supply chain members is more closely. Meanwhile, the network is more weak and easier to be disturbed by emergencies. When any one of them is disrupted due to emergencies, the effects would quickly spread to the supply network’s upstream and downstream, furthermore, it makes the entire network operate abnormal and face the risk of losing market. The disrupted enterprise and the whole supply chain will suffer great loss without effective measures. Therefore, the research of the supply network resilience is of great value and significance. On the basis of referring to the domestic and foreign research literature about supply chain resilience, this article research the supply chain resilience quantitatively and qualitatively. When one of the supply chain members is disrupted due to emergencies, the downstream enterprises must consider the resilience in the design of the emergency supply network to avoid the disruption again, but the resilience brings much cost. Therefore, the article has analysis and planning on the supply network considering the resilience and cost factors. First, put forward the improving approaches on supply chain resilience from the perspective of qualitative; then, when the supplier supply disruption occurs, establish supply chain resilience designing model on the basis of the traditional supply network planning model under the backup supplier strategies and minimize the cost with target resilience; finally, have an analysis on the factors of the model to find how they influence the network specifically. When the policy makers programme the network, it can provide necessary reference.
