Construction And Evaluation Analysis Of High Quality Development Index System Of Manufacturing Enterprises

“High-quality development is the primary task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,”said the report to the 20 th Party Congress.It can be seen from the high-quality development in the chinese-style modernization has been given a very high strategic status.Manufacturing industry is a basic industry related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.It is also the mainstay of the national economy.Its development mode is inevitable from extensive to intensive and from low efficiency to high efficiency.As an important subject of micro,manufacturing enterprises are also the key position to achieve high-quality development.However,there are some problems in the industrial structure,such as short board and insufficient growth power,which hinder high-quality development.In this paper,the entropy weight improved TOPSIS model including coordination degree is adopted to measure and evaluate our country’s manufacturing enterprises,so as to provide some theoretical reference for the overall coordinated development of manufacturing enterprises.Based on a-share listed manufacturing enterprises in our country,this paper evaluates and analyzes the high-quality development level of manufacturing enterprises by using literature study,principal component analysis and entropy weight improved TOPSIS method.First of all,based on the theory of “High-quality development” and “High-quality development of manufacturing enterprises”,and on the basis of sorting out and analyzing the domestic literature and policies on high-quality development of enterprises,33 sub-indexes were obtained,and 14sub-indexes were selected by principal component analysis,and it is divided into“Enterprise benefit”,“Product quality”,“Competitiveness level”,“Sustainable development”,“Social contribution” and other five dimensions.Secondly,according to the connotation of high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises and the existing research,a set of evaluation index system for high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises is put forward,this paper puts forward a new,effective and sustainable development evaluation method,and uses the entropy weight improved TOPSIS method to evaluate the high quality development of manufacturing enterprises.Finally,the overall and partial evaluation and comparison of our 2021 manufacturing enterprises in the east,Middle and West regions from 2017 to 2021 not only validate the effectiveness of the method and the construction of the evaluation index system,some suggestions are also put forward for the high quality development of our manufacturing enterprises and manufacturing enterprises in different regions.At present,although the high-quality development level of our country’s manufacturing enterprises is on the rise,it is not stable and is still in the primary stage of development,this paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions,which can provide some references for the relevant subjects to formulate countermeasures or carry out practical activities,thus helping China’s manufacturing enterprises to achieve high-quality development as soon as possible.
