| Land circulation is a way to realize the scale management of rural land.In 1978,the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the CPC was held. The implementation of the household contract responsibility system greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of farmers in production, greatly improved the level of agricultural productivity, and became an important measure in the history of rural land system reform in China. However, with the development of productivity, the family-based small-scale land management mode has begun to restrict the improvement of agricultural productivity.Coupled with the development of the secondary and tertiary industries, the opportunity cost of labor for farmers engaged in agricultural production is constantly rising,so the land transfer phenomenon is gradually increasing.By 2021,the total area of farmland contracted by rural households in China will be 560 million mu,an increase of 4.7%compared with the previous year. The increase in land transfer scale,on the one hand, will increase the land scale of professional farmers,on the other hand,it will release labor force, and rural households can choose to go out for work. This thesis takes the land transfer as the starting point,Jiangsu Province as the sample research object, uses the CFPS(China Household Tracking Survey)database to systematically analyze and study the impact of rural land transfer on household income in Jiangsu Province, and adopts the econometric analysis method and the measurement software to investigate the data in Jiangsu region from two perspectives: transfer and transfer.Analyze their respective effects on their earnings.Jiangsu Province is one of the13 major grain-producing areas in China, mainly growing wheat and rice. The major grain-producing areas are mainly distributed in northern Jiangsu. In order to match the market demand,Jiangsu Province vigorously promotes land transfer. In the operation of combining practice and theory for many years,by 2021,the land transfer rate of Jiangsu Province has reached more than 60%.The total grain output in the province has maintained a steady growth in the past eight years. At the same time, the per capita disposable income of farmers has increased significantly. It is beneficial to promote the economic development of rural areas in Jiangsu province to make an in-depth analysis of the impact of land circulation and farmers’ income in order to analyze the reasons for the profound increase of farmers’ income.Through the review and study of existing domestic and foreign literatures,it is found that few literatures have detailed classification of farmers’ income structure. This thesis will discuss the impact of land transfer on farmers’ income through the classification of income structure.According to the research results, the following conclusions are drawn: First, land transfer can significantly increase the income of farmers.Compared with farmers who did not participate in land transfer, the total income of farmers in Jiangsu who participated in land transfer was increased. As for the transfer of land into households, after the transfer of land, the cultivated land area will increase and the scale of land contract will expand, thus increasing the operational income of households. The increase of the operational income of households will drive the increase of the total income of households.Second, after the transfer of land, farmers have more spare time, which can be invested in non-agricultural work,so as to increase the total household income through the increase of wage income and property income.Thirdly, land transfer is affected by external factors, including the education level, marital status and physical health of the household head, which have a positive impact on the total income of the household.Based on the research conclusions, the following countermeasures and suggestions are made: first, improve the refinement of land transfer and improve farmers’ willingness to land transfer.Second, develop new agricultural business entities and improve the employment environment for agriculture.Three, standardize the behavior of land transfer and improve the growth rate of land transfer.Fourth, strengthen investment in human capital and enhance comprehensive competitiveness. |
