Research On The Circulation Of Rural Land Managerial Authority In Anhui Province To The Income Of Farmers

Chinese government has always been to "Three agriculture" problem.Since 2009,the central proposed to carry out the rural land contract and management rights counterpoising truly registration agencies,they quest to establish a right to the contracted management of land registration system,and for many years in the No.1 files arranged by deployment,clear gradually to the contracted management of land approval registration agencies.rural work conference pointed out that the central committee of the communist party of China in 2017 to refine and implement the contracted land "separation division",the method of cultivating new type of agricultural management main body,deepen the reform of the rural land property rights system,defined clearly the ownership of the rural collective property,give farmers more fully property rights.In recent years,with the rural land circulation policy and improvement of idle farmers transfer to non-agricultural industry,and in the rural land circulation in Anhui province greater achievements in the work.In the first part,this paper describes the research background,purpose and significance,briefly introduces the research ideas and methods,and summarizes the literature at home and abroad.The second part in this paper the theoretical basis of the introduction,the introduction to the classification of the rural residents income,rural residents income into family business income,salary income,income of metastatic,property income.The third part introduces the current situation of the transfer of land management from the beginning of the history of the transfer of farmland management rights in China.And the rural residents' net income,agricultural income and non-agricultural income are simple.The fourth part of rural land management transfer and rural residents' income relationship qualitative analysis.The paper also introduces the government's policy of encouraging the transfer of rural land management in chuzhou.The fifth part puts forward the research hypothesis and qualitatively analyses the circulation of rural land management in chuzhou and the relation of rural residents' income.Agricultural land management rights transfer ratio and the rural residents income,there was a linear relationship between come to a conclusion of farmland management rights has positive effect on the rural residents of agricultural income,non-agricultural income of rural residents have a certain role in promoting and discussed the influence of rural residents of agricultural income and non-agricultural income of other factors.The sixth part is the conclusion and policy recommendations of this article.In this paper,the final conclusion is that the rural land circulation of rural residents of Chuzhou agricultural income growth has a promoting effect,this shows that with the expansion of farmland circulation of Chuzhou,farming is rapid concentration,right to the contracted management of farmland circulation way toward a more professional,more moderate scale,and direction to accelerate the development of modernization,the farmers' agricultural income continues to increase.Finally puts forward five Suggestions:1)establishing and perfecting the land circulation system;2)improve the farmers' degree of higher education;3)the introduction of electricity into the countryside;4)improve the rural security system,to participate in rural land circulation of farmers risk guarantee;5)optimization of rural industrial structure adjustment,to speed up the urbanization construction.In this paper,we study the innovation point is that by the method of qualitative and quantitative methods together,first through qualitative change trend between them,probably understand the relationship between them,and then through econometric model to make empirical analysis,quantitative analysis and try to be careful,make the research conclusion more persuasive.In this paper,the change trend of qualitative research in anhui province between them out of farmland per capita net income of the main body and the relationship between land circulation ratio,at the same time,qualitative research in anhui province into farmland per capita net income of the main body and circulation to proportional relationship,and then quantitative analysis respectively in anhui province rural per capita agricultural income,farmers,non-agricultural income per capita and the relationship between rural land circulation ratio,establish regression model of measurement,analysis and short-term fluctuation relationship between them,not only has the long-term stable equilibrium relationship and causality between them.
