The issue of "agriculture, rural areas, and farmers" is currently the focus of attention in China, and the issue of increasing farmers’ income is the key point that needs to be urgently addressed.Since the reform and opening up,China’s rural economy has achieved good and rapid development, and has begun to move towards a stage of high-quality development. However, problems such as low land management efficiency and unreasonable land resource utilization have been exposed, becoming a major obstacle in China’s modernization of agriculture and increasing farmers’ income. As an important grain production base in China,Shanxi Province is constantly exploring the construction of a land transfer market and accelerating the process of land transfer. However, with the expansion of land transfer scale, some problems such as imperfect and imperfect systems have also been exposed, which to some extent restrict farmers’ income growth. Therefore, conducting in-depth analysis around the current land transfer and the current situation of farmers’ income, exploring the impact mechanism of land transfer on farmers’ income,is of great significance for establishing and improving the land transfer system, and exerting its income increasing effect on farmers. This article takes the rural land transfer and farmers’ income status in Hequ County,Shanxi Province as the main research object.Using the CFPS2018 database data and a large amount of field survey data, the AHM model, linear analysis model, and multiple regression analysis model are used to analyze the impact level and direction of land transfer on income in Hequ County, and to classify and explore the impact on farmers with different income levels.According to research,it can be concluded that transferring land farmers can effectively improve their income level through economies of scale.Compared to transferring land to farmers, although transferring out farmers receive rental income and significantly increase their total household income, the growth rate is not significant, and there is no positive marketing effect on their wage income. This indicates that transferring out farmers have not expanded their income source channels. For farmers at different levels, the income effect of land transfer has a significant impact on farming income farmers, but not on high-income farmers. The income effect of land transfer has a significant impact on farmers at different income levels, and the degree of impact increases with the increase of income level.Provide the following countermeasures and suggestions based on the research results: firstly, promote moderate scale management of agricultural land and further increase the income of agricultural operations transferred to households;Secondly, focus on improving the comprehensive ability of farmers, expanding employment channels, and promoting the transfer of labor force from rural land transfer households;Thirdly, establish and improve the rural land transfer system in Hequ County, and strengthen local government propaganda and guidance;Fourthly, improve the institutional guarantee system, increase the activity of the land transfer market, and promote the development of the labor market at all levels;Fifth, establish a rural network information system and improve the labor market information sharing system. The research in this article uses the income perspective as a criterion to refine and differentiate the income of farmers.By studying the impact of different transfer methods on different income farmers,we can have a clearer understanding of the impact and degree of impact of land transfer on different income levels of farmers, agricultural income and non agricultural income, and reflect the impact of land transfer on farmers’ income from multiple perspectives,It has greater guiding significance for practical problems.
