Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Land Circulation In Shandong Province

In the history of world economic development,many countries,especially developing countries,in order to speed up the pace of industrialization,seek to maximize short-term benefits,implement the economic policy of heavy industry and light agriculture,which has led to the formation of a dual economic structure.However,this economic structure has led to the unbalanced development of rural and urban economies,causing numerous social problems,making it difficult to achieve the goal of common prosperity of socialism.The main reason for the slow process of agricultural scale-up in China lies in the scarcity of land resources and the irrational allocation of land.Therefore,how to promote the reasonable and healthy circulation of rural land,make full use of idle land in rural areas,and realize the scale of rural industrial management has become an important goal in the current agricultural development.In recent years,the circulation of land in Shandong Province has shown a trend of acceleration,and the confirmation of land rights has been basically completed.Under this background,this paper takes Shandong Province as an example to study how to promote the orderly and reasonable circulation of land from the perspective of regional level,so as to provide reference for promoting the rational and orderly circulation of rural land in the region.The main content of this study is mainly divided into five parts.The first part,based on the actual situation of our country and Shandong province,introduces the purpose and significance of studying the rural land circulation in Shandong province.Then,through a review of the current research situation at home and abroad,the latest research results of domestic and foreign scholars on rural land circulation are introduced,and the research ideas and methods of this paper are determined accordingly.The second part lists several concepts related to rural land circulation,including rural land contractual management right based on household contract responsibility system,rural land circulation,farmers' economic interests and other related concepts.It also lists the theoretical overview of land circulation around the world as the analysis basis for the latter part.The third part discusses the main mode,circulation characteristics and existing problems of rural land circulation in Shandong province.The fourth part: randomly selecting rural field survey data from 17 cities in Shandong province,and analyzing the influence of factors such as farmers' age,education level,farmland scale,government support,contract form and so on other land circulation;Then the Logistic model is used to analyze the mechanism and influencing factors of farmers' land circulation and non-circulation behavior.The fifth part is conclusions and recommendations.Based on the conclusion drawn from the empirical analysis in the fourth chapter,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the reasonable and healthy circulation of rural land in Shandong province.The last is the conclusion and prospect,summarizing the research,clarifying the shortcomings of this paper and pointing out the further research direction.The main innovation of this paper is based on the provincial level.It empirically discusses the influence of the age,educational level,farmland scale,government support,contract form and other contents on the land circulation in Shandong Province and the successful cases of the rural land system circulation in Shandong Province.It also puts forward policy suggestions to ensure food security,perfect the land circulation mechanism and perfect the social security system.
