Empirical Study On The Impact Of Rural Land Circulation On Farmers' Income In Fujian Province

Land is the most important means of production for farmers and the cornerstone of agricultural development.A large part of farmers' income level depends on the use of land.The impact of land circulation on farmers' income has gradually become a hot topic for research at home and abroad.Land circulation,as the product of urbanization and agricultural modernization in China,has become the trend of social development.Optimizing the allocation of land resources and labor force through land circulation,it is no doubt that it's an effective way to further improve farmers' income in line with China's national conditions.The impact of land circulation on farmers' income is regional difference,cannot treat as the same,the local policy,the level of farmers' ideological understanding,the price of the land circulation and the way,industry characteristics,level of urbanization and so on,there are certain influence on the land circulation behavior,thus affecting the effect of increasing farmers' income,in the process of land circulation,the farmers' income is affected by what factors and influence degree,These issues are worth our study.This article first from the present popular land circulation behavior and its real significance for increasing farmers' income,combined with the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,expounds thenecessity of the research,at the same time,to illustrate the purpose and significance of research,the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign scholars about the study of land circulation and farmers' income,on the basis of that previous researches on the impact of land circulation on farmers' income in specific areas are scarce,and the research conclusions are lacking in general,proposed by the combination of theory and empirical method,the research idea is to use multiple linear regression model for quantitative analysis of Changting county where is in western mountain area in Fujian province.Then,The theoretical basis of land circulation and farmers' income is explained comprehensively,include the concept of land circulation and farmers' income,land rent theory,property rights theory,scale economy theory,the allocation of resources and the market economy theory,The path and economic analysis that land circulation affects farmers' income,the theory is the premise of practice,theoretical conclusions provide the reliable support for subsequent statistical analysis and empirical research.Then,the data from Fujian provincial statistical department are sorted out and calculated,The present situation of land circulation and farmers' income in Fujian province is analyzed,In recent years,the scale of land circulation in Fujian province has been continuously expanded,and the transfer forms,business scope and business subjects are diversified,The overall trend of farmers' income is unchanged,but there are some characteristics such aswidening absolute income gap between urban and rural residents and the income ratio is decreasing,unbalanced development of income regions and different contribution rates of income,wage income and operating income are the main sources of farmers' income.Then,to Changting county in Fujian province as a demonstration area,and to get land circulation and revenue data through the way of questionnaire and visiting farmers,Factors such as land circulation area,circulation period,circulation price,existing land operation area,number of migrant workers and years of education are selected for analysis,The impact of land circulation factors on farmers' income is quantitatively studied from two aspects of land inflow and outflow,and the influencing factors are analyzed and evaluated.Finally,listing the land circulation problems in increasing farmers' income through the survey and research analysis results of positive region,the policy suggestions of using the land circulation to increase income are put forward for Changting county and other parts of Fujian province,the main suggestions are perfect rural social security system,weaken the land safeguard function;actively cultivate new types of agricultural operators;Improve the service level of land circulation;to strengthen the supervision and management of land circulation;attract funds to carry out precise support;make full use of the favorable policies of supporting agriculture and benefiting agriculture;improve the financial service system and provide financial support forrural land circulation.
